FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I remove my toy from its packaging?

Many of our toys have plastic stands holding them in place in the packaging. To remove your toy from these stands, simply remove both screws holding the stand in place with a Phillips-head screwdriver. Please be sure to put the screws in a safe place or discard them to ensure your child does not get a hold of them. The stands will easily detach, and then you are ready to begin playing with and enjoying your toy

The “try me” function isn’t working?

Sometimes the batteries in the toy become weak after sitting on the shelf at the store and being played with while still in packaging. Please replace the batteries with new ones.

Defective items should be returned to the original place of purchase. Toy State products are not under warranty. Toy State reserves the right to issue replacements at its discretion.
